1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and f877 (hereinafter "f877", "we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://f877.io.

By accessing or using the f877 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, or redeeming bonuses — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the f877 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. f877 will request documentary proof of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process described in Section 4.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) associated with your f877 account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. f877 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

You must notify f877 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team at the email address listed in Section 16. f877 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.2 Account Currency

All f877 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, betting odds settlements, and bonus values are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. f877 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your f877 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period, provided that all applicable wagering requirements and identity verification checks have been satisfied.

f877 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. Where an account is closed by f877 due to a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

f877 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming obligations and anti-money laundering best practice. All registered players are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal or before their cumulative deposits exceed ৳10,000, whichever occurs first.

4.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or Bangladesh driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three months confirming your residential address in Bangladesh.

5 Deposits

f877 supports the following deposit methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time; the current list of available methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

5.1 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via bank transfer or card.
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction. Daily and monthly limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your f877 account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. f877 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or mobile network outages.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in refusal of the transaction and potential account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 Deposit Fees

f877 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their terms of service. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified players at any time via the cashier section of the f877 platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction. Weekly and monthly caps may apply depending on your account verification status and withdrawal history.

6.2 Processing Times

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 2 hours of approval for verified accounts.
• Bank transfers: 1–3 business days following approval.
• Card withdrawals: 3–5 business days following approval.

f877 aims to review and approve all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, this may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal is delayed or requires additional documentation.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

A minimum deposit turnover of 1x is required before a withdrawal may be requested. This means that if you deposit ৳1,000, you must place bets totalling at least ৳1,000 before withdrawing your deposit. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

f877 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing bets that artificially satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

8 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the f877 platform are subject to the general betting rules in this section and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated on the relevant betting page at the time of wagering.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation message or reference number from the f877 system. f877 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion, including where the requested odds are no longer available or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

8.2 Odds & Settlements

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the odds at the time of confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, f877's decision, made after consultation with the relevant official source, is final.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned, the market being incorrectly priced due to a manifest error, or the result being declared void by the official governing body. f877 reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

8.4 Cricket & BPL Specific Rules

For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is used where applicable for matches affected by weather. Markets are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play bets placed after the official result is known will be voided.

9 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the f877 platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and instant-win games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the f877 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the f877 platform without prior written permission from f877.

f877's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your f877 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f877 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. f877 accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime.

14 Amendments to These Terms

f877 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — f877 will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect. Notice will be provided via email to the address registered on your account and via a prominent notice displayed on the f877 platform.

Changes that are minor in nature (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to f877's operating jurisdiction. f877 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use outside of its target markets.

15.1 Complaints Procedure
